Return Policy

LimeGrove Cannabis offers a 7 day Return Policy on all orders of  cannabis products. Customers may return any cannabis product in original condition for a refund within 7 days of delivery. The Customer will be refunded via the original payment method used for the purchase. Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

What does "original condition" mean?

The product must be in the original, sealed condition in which it was received by the customer.

Do I need a receipt?

You will be required to validate your order information.

Will I get back what I originally paid for the product?

You will receive a refund for any product(s) returned within 7 days of receipt. For products not returned in-store, a return shipping cost of $10 will be deducted from any amount refunded. Original shipping fees may be refunded under certain circumstances, subject to our discretion.

How will I receive my refund?
